Since February 2002 we work with our own local search team in China to fill local management positions there for companies from the German speaking areas, too.

Since November 2006 we cooperate with a reliable, internationally-oriented search partner in India to fill local management positions there for companies from the German speaking areas, as well.

We work fast, competent and locally in the respective country. This is to say that also in China and India the potential candidates are identified and located by our local search teams whereas the face-to-face interviews are always conducted by a German consultant locally in the respective country in order to determine the most suitable candidates.
